Babita Shivdasani

Babita Shivdasani (born 20 April 1948) is a former Bollywood actress. In a relatively short career, from 1966 to 1973, she starred in nineteen films. She is married to Randhir Kapoor; her two daughters are the actresses Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor.

Background

Babita was born to actor Hari Shivdasani, who was of a Hindu Sindhi family which had migrated from Pakistan to India, and a British Christian mother. Her cousin is actress Sadhana Shivdasani.
