When India was undivied the state of Sindh was under Bombay Presidency. Due to its proximity with Gujarat, Rajasthan and political ties with then Bombay, it shared similar culinary traditions. Sindh Jo Swad is an initiative to revisit the roots and present the glorious tradition of yesteryears through handmade farsan.
