Kanayo Rupani, born in Sindh on 12th June, 1942 came to India during partition in Refugee Camp of Ahmedabad. He was hardly 5 at the time of partition. Kanayo Rupani/ Mr. Kanayalal Rupani from Ahmeadabad was such a forward thinking human being. He was versatile Actor, Director, Organiser of Promoter of Sindhyat, Very Humble person. He was always there to help for Sindhi causes.
After completing his education he joined Indian Airforce. After retiring from Indian Airforce he started working towards the promotion of Sindhi Language Drama, Films & various programs.
He also produced Sindhi Sukhmani audio CD sung by Roshni Tekwani
He left for heavenly abode on 15-May-2021.
